Yes, an active Microsoft 365 Copilot licence is needed for the hands-on exercises. Don't have one yet? We're happy to help you plan licences before the training.
No AI experience needed. Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word) is sufficient. The training starts from scratch and is designed for employees who work daily with these tools.
