Who I am & why Axonity.ai
With over 22 years of experience in digital transformation — most of it at Accenture and as a PwC Partner — I have seen how AI and automation fundamentally reshape businesses. But always for the big players: multinationals with thousands of employees and budgets in the millions.
That gap bothered me. SMEs — the backbone of the Belgian economy — face the same challenges but have no access to that same high-level expertise. Axonity closes that gap. The same strategic approach, the same methodology, the same focus on results — but scaled to the size and pace of an SME.
The result? More than $50 million in EBITDA improvements over my career, and now that same approach for organisations of 5 to 250 people.

Technology only changes something when people come along
In eighteen years at Accenture I saw enough transformations up close to know where they stall. Rarely on the technology. Almost always on the people who have to work with it: teams that were never involved, managers who don’t use it themselves, or a tool nobody quite trusts.
So I focus on the part that tends to get skipped. I train teams, coach managers, and make sure AI doesn’t stay something the IT department owns but becomes part of how people work day to day. In Dutch, French or English — whichever suits your team best.
Together with Jonathan we bring over forty years of Accenture and PwC experience to SMEs. We take on every project together, from the first analysis through to what actually changes on the floor. My emphasis is on the people side: making sure your team genuinely picks it up, and keeps at it.
